2023 SPA Malky Cowan Trophy - Entry Information The Arbroath entry deadline for this year’s event is Tuesday 10th October. The National Finals shall be held at Pockets, Paisley, over the weekend of 2nd and 3rd December. Entry fee for this event is £5 per player. Plus the £5 SPA Membership for those players not already subscribed. Entry Criteria is the same as the Willie McCartney event: 1. Any player who was previously ineligible is still ineligible. 2. Any player who have been asked to represent Scotland at A and/or B Level is ineligible. 3. Tournament winners are ineligible. This includes IM's, Tours etc. 4.
